TIXO / LIQUID TRANSPARENT GLASS

It can be used for Travertine or any other marble where absolute transparent filling is required.

TIXO GOLD

They are clear mastics based on polyester resins. Hardner paste included. Liquid transparent is suitable for filling horizontal slabs and remain clear even after catlyst and with time

The Tixo Gold types comes as a gel.It is easy to apply , extremely versatile and after the catalyst, extraordinary clear.

LIQUID GLASS /GLASS GEL FOR WET SURFACE

This mastic based on polyester resin is a revolutionary product. Suitable to weld or fill any humid or even totally wet. It can be added to water up to 10% of its volume without showing any failure in the adhesion process. The catalysis takes place by using a traditional hardener paste.

JOLLY HIGH GLUING POWDER

Clear mastic with a superior gluing power is based on particularly tenacious polyster resins, for unbeatable adhesions compared with any other polyster products. It is therefore suitable for all works where a particular adhesion is required, but also provides all the other typical mastics features. Specifically ideal for reconstruction works and gluing works on granites. It is catalysed with hardener paste. Available densities: solid and liquid: available colour: clear and black.

EPOXIES FOR MARBLE AND GRANITE

We have entire range of epoxies resins for marble, granite and semi-precious stones. 

Method of use:

• Grind the slabs to grit 120 and leave them to dry for 16-20hrs, so that absolutely no traces of water are found on the surface, especially on cracks.

• Mix resin and hardener in the ratio specified by weight and apply the mixture uniformly on the full surface of granite.

• Accumulate additional quantity of this mixture over the cracks/holes. Leave the slabs to dry for 20-24hrs

• Polish these slabs starting from grit120.

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

COLORING TUBES

The easy colour system allows any marble worker to obtain the right colour he needs for his own mastic, the shade he prefers, totally by doing it himself. Available in White, Yellow, Red, Brown, Green, and Black colours.

PACKING: Available in 50 gms packing in tubes.

EXTRA LUX (HIGH GLOSS VARNISH)

The Extra Lux self- polishing varnish is formulated with resins and very selected waxes; the mixture ensures flawless polishing on marble and granite. The formula has been developed to provide the treated surface with a lasting polish, even after exposure to atmospheric conditions.

Lab tests have shown that marble treated with Extra Lux and then exposed to UV-A light for 40 days doesn’t undergo any alteration.

Extra Lux has a wide range of application, in all cases where traditional polishing may be difficult: corners, borders, edges, columns, etc, and on elements already installed. It is suitable to obtain "wet look", even on unpolished display materials: blocks, slabs, tiles, etc. Apply with a buffer, cloth or paint brush, on completely dry and preferable rubbed up material: spread the varnish evenly and without scrubbing. According to desired effect, a second application may be done, approx. 15 min after the first coat. Total drying time depends on temperature, and requires approx 30 minutes.

BRILLO (SOLVENT BASED COLOUR ENHANCER)

Liquid silicon based wax, used to renew the polish on marble, granite, natural stones and gres. It can be used to clean and protect kitchen and bathroom ceramic tiles from dirt and smog.

The Very high quality components of its formula provide a triple action on treated support removing grease and smog; polishing with highlighting of colours and veins; waterproofing and providing superior resistance to stains like water, wine and oil.

Apply with a clean cotton cloth. After drying, which requires a few minutes, the surface must be polished with a soft clean cloth; It is advisable to work in a well ventilated area.

S748 (STAIN PROTECTION – PREMIUM COLOUR)

This product from Moeller Chemie, Germany is suitable for colour enhancing of all types of marble, granite and other stones. The colour enhancing properties and wet effect properties of S748 is much better than Tenax Ager. On practical application even the longevity of this premium high grade sealer is much better than Tenax Ager. It works well also to disguise small scratches. Once dried the residual product is not hazardous to health and is approved for use with food stuffs by the German Food & Feed Code. Its safety for use with food stuff gives a distinct advantage over Tenex Ager.

Once dry the residual material is not hazardous to health and is approved for use with food stuffs by the LFGB (German Food and Feed Code).

This is an excellent product to darken colour of granite.
